Bryan, Garnier & Co grows German team with three new hires
Paris, Munich, 5 December 2016 – Lars Dürschlag, Frans-Matthis Pleie and Terence Egbelo have joined Bryan, Garnier & Co’s team in Munich.
Founded in 1996 in Paris and London, the leading pan-European investment bank focusing on growth companies will enhance its German market coverage and further build its business capabilities in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Placement and Equity Capital Markets with its three new hires: Lars as Director, Frans-Matthis as Vice President and Terence as an Analyst.
Prior to joining Bryan Garnier, Lars and Frans worked at Fox Corporate Finance where they acted as corporate advisers in various roles beginning in 2005 and 2010, respectively. Their track record includes the US IPO strategy advisory of Congatec, the Embedded Computing Systems producer; the financing of pharmaceuticals company Riemser’s leveraged buyout; the US IPO/sell-side M&A dual track mandate of Novaled, the OLED technology firm, as well as the private placement of fibre composites specialist Cotesa. Terence is joining as an Analyst, having formerly acted in the same capacity at a London-based investment bank Augusta & Co with a focus on Renewable Energy / Mergers and Acquisitions.

Lars holds an MBA specializing in Finance and Private Equity from the London Business School. Frans also holds a Master of Finance and Information Management from the Technical University in Munich and Terence studied at the Cass Business School, London where he obtained a Masters in Science in Energy, Trade and Finance.
