Bryan, Garnier & Co acts as Sole Financial Advisor to IK Investment Partners on its acquisition of Recocash
Context
Founded in 1971, Recocash is a leading independent French debt collection specialist, addressing B2B, B2C and bank loans claims for Tier-1 customers.
The company recently enhanced its platform through its proprietary credit management software (Eagle-Act), enabling the Group to offer an integrated, modular and competitive B2B solution.
The company currently employs c.150 people in two sites in Rambouillet and in Lyon, with onshore presence ensuring high-standard level of service. On an annual basis, the company handles over 500,000 debt claims, helping clients to optimise their payment cycles and improve cash-flow.
In the context of a fast increase of the debt collection outsourcing rate coupled with the growing disposal of bank loans portfolios, Recocash aims at becoming a leading consolidation platform alongside its new financial sponsor.
