Bryan, Garnier & Co acts as Sole Financial Advisor to the Belgian consultancy firm Intys on its equity investment from Omnes
Context
Intys is one of the leading consulting firms in Belgium founded in 2007 by Michel Van Hemele and Philippe Metz with revenue in excess of €36m and 400+ employees. Since its inception, Intys has been set up as an alternative to the Big 4 in the field of operational consulting. It is now a differentiated player thanks to its multi-specialist and multi-sector positioning.
The company is organised around three different business lines:
- Operational consulting: streamlines and improves clients’ key operational functions such as finance, supply-chain or logistics
- Digital transformation: supports its clients with big data analytics and digital transformation services through both software solutions (Vadis Technologies) and advisory (Intys Data)
- Technology: originally set-up as a naval and industrial engineering office, it also offers operational consulting services for complex industries (military, aerospace etc.).
Intys was looking to onboard a financial partner to accompany its growth plan which relies on an external growth strategy to expand its European footprint and portfolio of expertise.

Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as the Sole Financial Advisor to Intys. The team worked together with Intys’ co-founders to prepare and run a competitive process.
The equity partnership with Omnes will support Intys in its ambitions to become a European leader by providing financial resources to further implement its international build-up strategy.
This transaction represents another landmark transaction for Bryan, Garnier & Co’s business services practice and further demonstrates its expertise in the consulting sector. Other similar transactions include buy-out operations of Marquetis & Co led by Management and Omnes and of TVH Consulting led by Pragma Capital.
