Bryan, Garnier & Co reinforces its Corporate Finance team designating Olivier Beaudouin and Audrey Gennequin  Managing Director and Director

Paris, 24 March 2011 – Bryan, Garnier & Co, the independent pan-European Investment bank focusing on growth companies, announces promotion of Olivier Beaudoin to Managing Director of Corporate Finance (Technology and CleanTech sectors) and that of Audrey Gennequin to Director of Corporate Finance (Healthcare and Business Services).

Olivier Beaudouin, 40, a graduate from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), has over 15 years of experience in investment banking. He joined Bryan Garnier in early 2007 as Director in charge of Hardware and Communications. He has since significantly contributed to the development of Bryan Garnier activities in technologies (including electronics, software and communication technologies). Olivier has been involved in many transactions advising Orolia, Parrot, Metrologic or Modelabs. He has also, over the last two years, head up the Cleantech development effort advising companies such as TerniEnergia, or Enerqos Ubbink, in or Theolia Krafto Wind and more recently Bionersis in carbon credits.

Before joining Bryan Garnier, Olivier Beaudoin was responsible for the Technology Hardware activity within M&A Team of Societe Generale in Paris after spending 4 years covering communications equipment at Corporate Finance outfit Cowen & Co in London. During these years, Olivier has advised both large companies such as Alcatel, Thomson, France Telecom, Inmarsat, CapGemini, Axalto and ST Micro, and start-ups such as Cambridge Silicon Radio, NetCentrex or KSW Microtec. Olivier began his career at Societe Generale in New York and Sao Paolo, where he provided capital raising and advisory services to Latin American companies.

Commenting on the appointment of Olivier Beaudoin, Virginie Lazès, Managing Partner and Head of Corporate Finance at Bryan Garnier said: "Through his strong industry knowledge in areas of expertise such as telecoms and semiconductors, as well as his international contact network and his experience in M&A and ECM, Olivier became a key element in our Corporate Finance team ".

Audrey Gennequin, 36, graduated from Sciences Po and holds a Master of Economics. She has 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance. Audrey joined Bryan, Garnier & Co in 2009 as Vice-President to strengthen Bryan, Garnier & Co M&A teams with her proven experience in sell-side, buy-side mandates and LBOs for either private equity or industrial groups. Since joining Bryan Garnier, Audrey has completed the acquisition of Caterine Restauration on behalf of Compass Group, the fund-raising and bank financing for Commentcamarche.net through the acquisition of Benchmark and recently the IPO of Tekka.

Prior to joining Bryan, Garnier & Co, Audrey was a member of Healthcare Team of Société Générale M&A Midcaps department for more than 2 years after spending nearly 6 years at Close Brothers (now DC Advisory) where she worked on various topics in Healthcare and Business Services. Audrey has a major experience in various operations with a focus on healthcare services like nursing homes, acute care and pharmaceutical.
