Bryan, Garnier & Co strengthens its Equity Capital Markets capabilities with the hiring of Dr Nicholas Hanser as Director – ECM
MUNICH, September 21, 2017 – Bryan, Garnier & Co, the leading pan-European Investment Bank focusing on growth companies, is delighted to welcome Dr Nicholas Hanser to its European Equity Capital Markets team as Director.
He will strengthen Bryan, Garnier & Co’s Equity Capital Markets and Private Placement efforts throughout Europe and focusing especially on the German speaking (D-A-CH) region. Nicholas will be based in Bryan, Garnier’s Munich office.
Nicholas has 12 years of international capital markets and advisory experience working across London, Frankfurt and Zurich with organizations such as Credit Suisse, Jefferies and BNP Paribas. His primary expertise is advising and executing on Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets transactions across various industry segments and geographies. Most recently, he has focused on IPO and Equity Advisory, heading the client coverage effort for the German speaking region for one of the leading Equity Advisory firms.
Having participated in more than 30 equity capital raising transactions across the EMEA region Nicholas has an impressive track record. His transaction activity includes IPOs, follow-ons and convertible bonds for issuers including Scout24, Deutsche Post DHL, Elis, Manz, Zealand Pharma, Nordex, Aixtron, Refresco Gerber, Seplat Petroleum, Sixt Leasing, Telefonica Deutschland, and MorphoSys.
