Bryan, Garnier & Co advises Aspediens’ shareholders on the Sale of the company to CSC
Paris, May 24th 2016 – CSC, a US global leader in next-generation IT services and solutions, today announced the intent to acquire Aspediens, Europe’s leading provider of technology-enabled solutions for the service-management sector and a preferred partner of ServiceNow.
Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as a sole advisor to Aspediens’ shareholders in this transaction.
