Context
CBA Informatique is a leading French Saas software vendor, dedicated to health and social care industries, providing liberal medical professionals with feature rich and fully digital information systems.
The company was founded in 1986 in Avignon, France, in the context of a nascent market, which allowed CBA to seize substantial market share and quickly reach a leading position on its core market.
The company continually expanded its footprint and customer base since inception and serves more than 25,000 customers to date.
CBA generates a revenue of +EUR20 million mostly made of recurring and highly profitable contracts.
The investment from Five Arrows Principal Investment in the company will allow for further expansion of the business, both organically and through targeted acquisition.
